
Nurdan Erbuğ
Nurdan Erbuğ is the founder and president of Anadolu Hayvancilik (1996) which is a major frozen bovine & ovine semen and embryo importing company in the Turkish dairy industry. Anadolu Hayvancilik has been acting as the exclusive distributor for Alta Genetics Inc since 1996 which is the biggest privately owned genetic company globally.
Nurdan Erbug began her career as foreign affairs manager at Taciroglu Group in 1986. She was also the project manager of the importation of first catamaran vessels for the public transportation of Istanbul Municipality. She also imported the first 5000 heads pregnant heifers from the USA with the cooperation of Turkish Ministry of Agriculture ; concluded agricultural projects for the farmers to utilize the GSM Credits.
As a career in 1990 she worked for the transportation project at Boronkay Company and concluded the loan agreements between the Turkish banks and National Bank of Hungary to finance the few thousand units of buses imported by Turkish municipalities. Between 1993-1996 she worked as the Advisor to Hungarian International Finance London and National Bank of Hungary in forfaiting and export financing.
At present she is active in the dairy sector and working with her team of veterinarians and animal scientists.
Nurdan Erbug is a graduate of Bosphorus University (1978), speaks English. She is married and a mother of a son. She is currently involved at DEIK ( Turkey-USA ; Turkey-France ; Vice Chairperson for Turkey-Canada and Turkey-Netherlands) , TABA and DBA (Dutch Business Association).
