
Dov Hyman
Over the past 30+ years, Mr. Dov Hyman has built a distinguished track record of successfully structuring and implementing Industrial Partnership programs, international trade and project finance programs, cross border mergers and acquisitions, and knowledge transfer programs. Initially trained as a commodity and textile trader and then as a banker specializing in financing commercial activities in emerging markets. Mr. Hyman provides advisory services in IP and trade finance for many global aerospace and defense companies, industrial groups and governments and universities. He is a recognized expert in assisting companies to leverage offset and economic development programs as vehicles to fund their global growth. Most importantly, Dov has a great network of trusted relationships in the global arena! He has enjoyed extensive business travel throughout Asia, Europe, the Middle East, India, South America, and Sub-Saharan Africa (particularly Nigeria).
Mr. Hyman is also the Director of Conferences and Lead Host for the GOCA (the Global Offset Countertrade Association) where he (and his host teams) organize the Industrial Partnership Industry’s largest global “offset” meetings each year.
Mr. Hyman holds a BA from Brandeis University and an MBA from New York University. Mr. Hyman has delivered numerous presentations on Industrial Partnership, International Trade Finance, Countertrade, and Technology Transfer and has lectured at various conferences, colleges, universities and ministries around the globe.
Prior to founding Dolin, Dov was a Senior Vice President at Ecoban Finance Limited, a merchant banking group with offices in a dozen countries, and managed the firm’s Industrial Participation, Countertrade & Offset activities in various countries including Thailand, The Philippines, Turkey, Brazil, China, India, South Korea, Australia, Greece, Italy, Spain, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Dov has also structured and implemented clearing transactions between Russia & China, and Russia & India.
