Brian Castleberry is Regional Manager for The Middle East, Africa and Canada for the Office of International Investment and Trade at the Maryland Department of Commerce. He manages offices in Dubai, Lagos and Montreal, where he helps Maryland firms export. Brian is also responsible for the attraction of FDI from those regions to Maryland with a focus on the following industries: Health IT, Cyber-security, Aerospace and Defense, Life Sciences, Advanced Manufacturing, Financial Services, and Energy and Sustainability. He holds degrees from the University of Maryland and University of Baltimore. Brian lives in Columbia, MD with his wife, Vanessa, and two kids, Grace and Liam.
